Annandale Membership FAQ
1. What are “# of Passes” that come with certain membership tiers?
Passes included in membership tiers can be used towards Open Play sessions at no extra cost to the member.
They are essentially “free” passes that can be used towards Open Plays only. If you have a Pass in your account, it will be applied to the Open Plays you register for until you run out of passes.
2. What are “# of Active Passes”?
Active passes are the # of future reservations you can book using your monthly Passes. E.g. Premier members get 8 Passes a month. They can have reservations booked for 3 Open Plays at one time, using their passes, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The Monday reservation would have to end before they can book another reservation after Wednesday.
3. Do Passes carry over to the next month if you don’t use them?
Passes do not carry over into the next month, but you can reserve future bookings into the next month to make sure you are utilizing all your passes. E.g. if you have 2 passes left by October 31st, you can book 2 future Open Play reservations in November to use your remaining October passes before they expire.
4. Can you change membership levels at any time?
You can upgrade your membership at any time, but any downgrade to your membership requires a 3 month minimum and a 60 day cancellation window.
5. Can you use your Passes on guests?
No, passes can only be used for yourself and are not transferrable.
6. Can I use Passes at Fairfax?
Yes, you can use your Passes from your Annandale membership at Fairfax as long as your membership level gives you access to Fairfax.

During our special pre-sale promo, annual membership will come with 2 months free if you purchase an annual membership by July 15th. All other membership are only offered on a monthly basis.
10. What is the membership cancellation policy?
There is a 3 month minimum and 60 day cancellation window. If your billing cycle is on the 5th of the month and you notify us to cancel your membership after the 5th, you will be charged 2 more times within the 60 day cancellation window and your membership will be active through the end of that period.
11. What are the rates for private court reservations?
Private courts can be rented at $40/hour for members. This total is split among the number of players (e.g. 4 members playing would pay $10 each for the hour). Non-members pay an additional $10 day pass on top of this hourly rate (e.g. 4 non-members would pay $40 for the court plus $10 additional each player for a day pass – each individual would pay $20 for the hour of court time). Non-members pay the $10 day pass for the entire day regardless of how long their private court reservation is (e.g. they can book a 2 hour private court reservation and they would only pay an additional $10 for the entire day pass, not $20 for a day pass).
12. What are non-peak hours and peak hours?
