What is the cancellation policy?2026-08-24T09:26:46-04:00

All reservations include a 10-minute free cancellation window from the time of booking. A countdown timer will be visible on your reservation during this window.

Please note: The 10-minute window does NOT override the event cancellation window. If you register for a session inside the event’s cancellation window (for example, booking an event that starts in 2 hours when the cancellation window is 24 hours), that reservation is already past the point of free cancellation – even if you cancel within 10 minutes of booking. The event cancellation window overrides the 10-minute grace period, and standard cancellation charges will apply. The 10-minute free cancellation only applies when the booking is made outside the cancellation window.

Most reservations have a 48-hour cancellation window unless otherwise noted. Cancellations made after the cancellation window will be charged the full booking amount at peak hour rates. This charge is the responsibility of the reservation holder.

What is the no-show policy?2026-08-24T09:27:54-04:00

If a reservation is not cancelled and no one arrives within 20 minutes of the event start time, the reservation holder will be charged a $35 no-show fee plus the original booking amount, and the spot will be forfeited. If you notify us in advance that you are running late, the no-show deadline will be extended to 1 hour after the event start time.
