Cancellation Policy

Private court reservations have a 48 hour cancellation window.
Cancellations more than 48 hours in advance of a reservation start time will not incur a cancellation fee.

Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance of a reservation start time will incur a charge for the full booking amount at peak hour rates (i.e. $32 an hour for members/ $64 an hour for non-members). This charge will be incurred by the reservation holder. 

No shows (when a reservation is not cancelled in advance and no one shows up for the reservation) will incur a charge for the original booking amount +$35 no show fee. This charge will be incurred by the reservation holder. 

Events (open plays, clinics, etc.)
Cancellation windows may vary and will be indicated for each event.
